Heidi began her career at Travcoa in 1975, working directly with its founders, Mel Dultz and Kathy McCarty-Carey. During her 27 years at Travcoa, Heidi worked in virtually every aspect of the business and traveled to every corner of the globe. She is indeed a citizen of the world. As Vice President of Sales, Heidi worked closely with travel agents and their clients. She was Travcoa's representative to the travel industry –leading client presentations and events. She became known as Travcoa's ambassador to the world. Since 1989 Heidi accompanied 14 “Private Jet Around the World” tours as the operations manager, at the request of loyal clients. Her knowledge of operations and understanding of the local customs ensures the success of each tour.

Janet’s love of foreign travel led her to start her career as a travel consultant in 1980. Janet joined the luxury tour operator, Travcoa, where she enjoyed working for over 22 years in all phases of tour planning, operations and management. From 1989 until 2002 she managed the company’s Private Jet Tour department, overseeing every detail of operations and personally assisting travel agents and their clients in preparing for their trip. As the Director of Product Development, she was responsible for quality control and the research and development of tours to new destinations. Janet enjoys working closely with overseas agents to create innovative itineraries that incorporate active participation in the local culture, attending unique events or witnessing colorful festivals.

Debra began traveling at an early age. Her exposure to foreign languages and exotic cultures gave her the desire to travel the world, live abroad and become multilingual. Upon returning to the United States, she began her career in tourism with the Canadian Government Office of Tourism before joining Travcoa in 1987. As Overseas Operations Manager, Debra was responsible for all aspects of group travel to ensure the clients received the best. She successfully brought home happy clients from around the world, whether the destination was France, Turkey, Uzbekistan, India or Mongolia. Every culture, every country has unique qualities to offer the traveler, and Debra enjoys researching a particular area to match the traveler’s needs and expectations as she plans each itinerary.

Mary started her travel career in the tour and convention department of the Hilton Hotels Corporation in Chicago. In 1974, she joined Travcoa, and 28 years later she remained an important player and a true asset to its founders. Mary’s experience at Travcoa ranged from tour operations to financial responsibilities for overseas accounts and vendor negotiations. Mary worked closely with the legendary Mel Dultz, as his personal assistant and liaison with legal and licensing matters. Mary had the challenging task of making travel arrangements for Dultz’s unrelenting journeys to establish tourism in remote parts of the world such as Easter Island, Papua New Guinea, Cambodia, Bhutan, Patagonia, Oman, Yemen, Namibia and western Africa.

Dawn started her career in international tourism in 1971, escorting luxury group tours to numerous countries. In 1980, Dawn joined the luxury tour operator, Hemphill Harris, where as Vice President, she was in charge of operations of their luxury tours. In 1988, Dawn joined Olson Travelworld as Vice President of Operations, where she was responsible for tour operations and quality control. In 1995, Dawn was brought to Travcoa to launch its Independent Travel Department – designing, customizing, and operating personalized travel worldwide. Dawn’s dedication to customers and expertise in worldwide operations has earned her a reputation as a premier authority in luxury travel, along with the respect of her peers in the travel industry.
